【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefines:—characteristicsthatelastomer-basedmechanicalpartsshallachieve,togetherwithapplicableinspectionandtestmethodstobecarriedoutforverification;—approvalproceduretobeimplementedbythecustomer;—guidelinesforqualificationoftheproductwithspecifiedrequirements;—qualitymonitoringofelastomer-basedmechanicalpartsinmanufacture.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoelastomer-basedmechanicalpartsdesignedtobefittedonrailwayvehiclesandsimilarvehiclesrunningondedicatedtrackswithpermanentguidesystems,whateverthetypeofrailandtherunningsurface.Typicalapplicationsofelastomer-basedmechanicalpartsinclude:—vehiclesuspensionsystems;—equipmentmountingsystems;—joints(e.g.:end-mountingsofdampers,elastomer-basedbearings,elastomer-basedpartsusedonmechanicalcouplings);—limitstops.Thesepartscanbe:—madeentirelyofelastomer,operatingontheirownorincombinationwithotherelasticparts;—madeupofelastomerandothermaterials,adherenttogetherornot.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—rubberdiaphragmsforpneumaticsuspensionsprings;—elasticpartsofbuffinganddrawgearsprings;—diaphragms,bellowsandseals;—hosesandtubings;—transmissionbelts.
