【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesthegeneralprinciplesandrequirements,expressedthroughaseriesofstandards,fortheassessmentofbuildingsintermsofenvironmental,socialandeconomicperformancetakingintoaccounttechnicalcharacteristicsandfunctionalityofabuilding.Theassessmentwillquantifythecontributionoftheassessedconstructionworkstosustainableconstructionandsustainabledevelopment.Theframeworkappliestoalltypesofbuildingsanditisrelevantfortheassessmentoftheenvironmental,socialandeconomicperformanceofnewbuildingsovertheirentirelifecycle,andofexistingbuildingsovertheirremainingservicelifeandendoflifestage.Thestandardsdevelopedunderthisframeworkdonotsettherulesforhowthedifferentbuildingassessmentschemesmayprovidevaluationmethods.Nordotheyprescribelevels,classesorbenchmarksformeasuringperformance.Therulesforassessmentofenvironmental,socialoreconomicaspectsoforganizationsarenotincludedwithinthisframework.However,theconsequencesofdecisionsoractionsthatinfluencetheenvironmental,socialandeconomicperformanceoftheobjectofassessmentaretakenintoaccount.
