【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardselectstheoptionsappropriateforCALMusingmobilewirelessbroadband(MWB)techniquesconformingtoATIS0700004-2005(HC-SDMA)airinterfaceandprotocolspecificationrecommendedbyITU-RM.1801andspecifiesthemanagementinterfacerequirements.CALMlinksarerequiredforquasi-continuous,prolongedandshortcommunicationsbetweenvehiclesandtheroadside,betweenvehicles,andbetweenmobileequipmentandfixedinfrastructurepoints.Whereverpracticable,thisInternationalStandardhasbeendevelopedbyreferencetosuitableextantstandards,adoptedbyselection.Requiredregionalvariationsareprovided.ApplicationspecificupperlayerswillnotbeincludedinthisInternationalStandard,butwillbedrivenbyapplicationstandards(whichmightnotbetechnologyspecific).
