【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofaircraftjacks,axlejacksandhydraulictailstanchionswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliesto:-alltypesofaircraftjacks;-axlejacksandhydraulictailstanchionsdesignedtobeusedatspecificjackingpointsontheaircraft(examplesseeAnnexA).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoaircraftrecoveryequipment.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoaircraftjacks,axlejacksandhydraulictailstanchionswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
