【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodforevaluatingthewearofceramiccoatingsbyuseofareciprocatingweartestwherebyaflatorsphericallyendedpinisreciprocated,underload,againstaflatplate.Dependingontheconditionsbeingsimulated,eitherthepinorplateorbothmaybecoatedwiththematerialundertest,withtheothermemberofthecouplebeingselectedforitsrelevancetothesystemunderevaluation.Themethoddescribedisconsideredtobenotsuitableforevaluatingfrettingwear.1.2Themethodisintendedforevaluatingcoatingswithathicknessofmorethan1μm,thoughmightalsobeusedfortestingthinnercoatings.1.3Thetestmaybecarriedoutundereitherdryorlubricatedconditions.However,thetestisnotdesignedforevaluatingthepropertiesoflubricantsexceptinsofarastheyaffectthewearbehaviourofthematerialsbeingtested.Relatedmethodsfortestinglubricantsusingreciprocatingmotionaregiveninreferences[4]–[6].1.4Testingamaterialscoupleunderarangeofloadingconditionsmightprovideinformationabouttheadhesiveand/orcohesivestrengthofthecoating,inadditiontoitswearbehaviour.
