【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforthecontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixtures,containingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbyuseofcriticalorificesystems.Byselectionofappropriatecombinationsoforificesandwiththeuseofpuregases,thevolumefractionofthecalibrationcomponentinthecalibrationgasmixturecanbevariedbyafactorof10.Additionally,itcanbechangedbyafactorof10bychangingtheinitialpressuresintheorificesystems.Theuncertaintyofthemethoddependsmainlyupontheflowcalibrationmethodandthevariationsintemperatureandoutletpressure.Therelativeexpandeduncertaintyinthevolumefractionobtainableforabinarymixture(atacoveragefactorof2)is3%.Ifpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases,muchlowervolumefractionscanbeobtained(seeAnnexA).Themassflowratesorvolumeflowrates,fromwhichthemassorvolumefractionsaredetermined,canbecalculatedandcanbeindependentlymeasuredbyasuitablemethodgiveninISO6145-1.Themeritsofthemethodarethatmulti-componentmixturescanbepreparedasreadilyasbinarymixturesiftheappropriatenumberoforificesisutilized,andthatalargequantityofcalibrationgasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasis.Therangeofflowratescanbefromseveralmillilitresperminutetoapproximately10l/min.Althoughparticularlyapplicabletopreparationofgasmixturesatbarometricpressure,themethodalsoprovidesameansofpreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesatpressuresabovebarometricpressure.AnnexBgivespracticalhintsontheuseofthemethod.
